MFTECH’s order and reporting data is already stored on Aurora. Shopping carts, login sessions and shipper locations are different: a simple data structure, constant reads and writes, and highly variable traffic. Amazon DynamoDB is a serverless NoSQL database: there are no servers to manage, it scales out automatically, and it delivers single-digit millisecond latency at any scale.
