Chạy một thao tác trên danh sách tới hàng tỷ object (manifest từ S3 Inventory, CSV hoặc filter): copy object, thay tag, thay ACL, restore từ Glacier Flexible Retrieval, gọi Lambda, cập nhật mã hoá, đặt Object Lock retention hoặc legal hold. S3 theo dõi tiến độ và tạo completion report.

Vì sao không chọn trong tình huống này

Lưu lượng đọc trang đào tạo nội bộ tăng mạnh khiến phí data transfer out từ S3 tăng cao. Batch Operations là công cụ quản trị object, không phục vụ request đọc của người dùng, nên không giảm được lưu lượng ra Internet.

Phương án phù hợp

Đặt CloudFront trước bucket: nội dung được cache tại edge location, và data transfer từ S3 tới CloudFront không bị tính phí.

Put CloudFront in front of the bucket: content is cached at edge locations, and data transferred from S3 to CloudFront is not charged.
